Why is my pregnant cow mooing loudly and constantly at night?

In the night our cow began mooing and has been keeping it up. She has food and water. She's pregnant. What coul be the matter with her. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 5 months old

While I understand that mooing in the middle of the night may be an unusual behavior for Lillie, this is not an unusual behavior overall in terms of cows. Increased vocalization could be an indicator of agitation due to almost anything. Some things that come to mind would include fear (due to seeing or hearing a predator), illness, injury, or in Lillie's case, something to do with her pregnancy. I do not know how close to term she is, so I can not really comment on if this has anything to do with it.
