This could be caused by a problem in the anal glands, allergies or as a result of diarrhoea. You will need to take Cinnamon to the vet in order to get the anal area checked first and then it can be treated according to the diagnosis, the anal glands will probably need to be emptied and he will probably need a course of oral antibiotics.
