Why does my Old English Sheepdog get recurring rashes? How to treat?

Our old English sheepdogs keep getting this rash and go on antibiotics. What causes this rash and how can we get rid of it

Poor girl! This looks like an bacterial rash likely from allergies. I would recommend to talk to your vet about putting her on Benadryl daily or a strong allergy medicine called apoquel. Also talk to them about prescribing you a medicated shampoo and bathe her twice a week to help control the infections. Controlling her allergies may control how often you see these bacterial infections. I hope this helps!
