If the eye itself is swollen, not the skin around it, then no it will not go away. The pressure of being trampled could have caused Baby's eye to exit the orbit and that can lead to blindness without prompt treatment. Baby needs to go to the nearest open vet clinic immediately.

It depends on the cause for the swelling. If this is just her eyelid I would be less concerned but if the eyeball/globe itself is swollen that would be considered an emergency as we could have glaucoma/increased pressure or bleeding in the eye and can risk vision loss if not treated right away. If that is the case with your dog she needs to go to the ER vet.
