My dog hit her head on a car and lost fur. Should I call the vet?

You know the game dogs play where they crouch down and run like hell towards the other? Well Sheba decided to play and ended up hitting a parked car in our yard instead of Apache.... i was wondering if I should call in lakeside, let it heal on its own or wait until morning. It's not bleeding or even split open at all.. I'm just not sure what to do because she had to have hit her head hard to remove the fur... Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 65 lbs

Poor Sheba! If she seems bright and alert and not in excessive pain I would monitor her and take her to the vet if necessary in the morning. If she seems disorientated or vomit make an emergency appointment.
