Why is one side of my dog's neck droopy and swollen with fluid?

One side of my dogs neck/throat has become droopy and I have no idea why. It doesn't feel hot nor does it feel like any mass inside - just feels like extra skin with fluid inside? She doesn't appear to be in pain when I touch it. The other side is normal. I gave her about 30 mg of benadryl but the "swelling" did not subside. Any ideas of what's going on or how to get it to return to normal? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 10 months old

You can try a warm compress every 6-8 hours to see if that helps the swelling decrease. It may be from an insect sting or bite. If it doesn't resolve in a couple of days or gets worse I recommend taking Maisy to the vet to make sure something more serious isn't causing the swelling.
