How to treat kitten's infected armpit bumps from flea and ant bites?

my kitten had fleas and was convered in ant bites when i found her about 3 days ago, she has red bumbs in her armpits, they seem to be infected and i dont know hat it is or what to do

First of all you need to treat her for fleas with a high quality product such as Advantage spot on, if this is not enough, she will need a course of antibiotic to treat the secondary infection from the bite (you will need to take her to the vet for that).
