Could dry food cause black spots on my Parson Russell's skin?

Pet's info: Dog | Parson Russell Terrier | Male | unneutered | 19.6 lbs

Parson Russell male, started black spots now many more. Could it be dry food? He has been attacked 4 times(Stafford & Golden Retriever males) in 3 yrs & had 2 operations for his wounds. Thanks your views

If you could post any pictures of your dog skin changes that would be helpful. I doubt it is the dry food. Usually skin pigmentation changes are due to chronic irritation or inflammation such as with allergies or a past trauma which might be the cause for your dog's skin changes. Rarely we can see infections cause skin changes are you at autoimmune diseases.
