Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 1 month old | 4 lbs
My Maltese has been having lots of troubles with her tummy. It's making really loud noises and now she has watery stool. I've Google search for it and it said that it could be something serious like cancer and gastrointestinal damage. I'm really scared. What could be causing all that? Should I take her to the vet to check her out? How can I help her?

Sounds like Bella is having some GI trouble. If she is still eating and drinking, you can feed her a bland diet such as boiled chicken and rice to help with the diarrhea. If not, she should be seen by her veterinarian if she is very uncomfortable and having loose stool. It can be caused by interstitial inflammation, GI parasites, pancreatitis, etc. Your veterinarian will help guide you through the appropriate tests to help diagnose and treat Bella's signs. Good luck.
