My dog has green eye discharge. Should I see a vet or use drops?

My 1 1/2 year old Yorkie has an eye that has green puss in it ... I cleaned it with a warm cloth , but is there something that I can put in it

Unfortunately no, there are no OTC medications you can use on Bella's eye. If she has green pus, that can indicate an eye infection and she needs to see a vet right away. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take Bella into an ER vet now to diagnose and treat her eye.
