Why does my puppy have yellow pus bumps on his groin? Should I worry?

Although it is not uncommon, in Serius's case it looks infected, you will need to take him to the vet in order to get it checked and he will probably need an antibiotic course. because of his age i suspect it might be related to the skin contact with urine.

    Most appear dry in the picture which is a sign they are clearing on their own, Puppies can get puppy pyoderma which they can grow out of as they get bigger. If it bothers him and he scratches or licks it a lot, then have him seen. If they start to spread and get bigger, than you will need antibiotics. For that small area, give him a bath to keep the area clean. After he goes to the bathroom, make sure that area stays clean.
