My dog has a rash, vomiting, diarrhea, and is tired. What's wrong?

My dog has a red bumpy rash on her muzzle she got today right on the top . She threw up once and liquid diarrhea once as well . She seems very tired and I'm nervous . Any suggestions ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 45 lbs

This could be a sign of an allergic reaction. If she has not returned to normal I recommend Daisy get checked out by her veterinarian. Sometimes allergic reaction's require steroids other times antihistamines. If her diarrhea was a lot she could have mild dehydration as well.
