This is a large overdose of aspirin (four times the high end of the dose), and for such as young puppy this is extremely concerning. Aspirin can cause Gi ulceration or preforation, respiratory problems, depression, seizure, coma, and even death. I would take Mollie into a vet immediately for decontamination procedures. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
