Why is my dog paralyzed with T9 compression and tick fever history?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 9 months and 29 days old | 58 lbs

My Labrador boy(10months) had developed lower limbs paralysis 2 days back now worsening to upper limbs and now unable to lift the head. My vet said there is spinal cord compression at T9.(picture 2)Is it possible with the X-ray and symptoms affecting upper limbs.history of Tick fever with splenomegaly one month back and successfully treated.What you think about this? What I should do now? Thank you.

T9 compression should not affect the upper limbs at all, Tick fever could cause these symptoms although it is quite rare. you should take her back to the vet urgently, she might need to have an MRI done at a specialist center.
