Why is my dog vomiting grass, undigested food, and hair at night?

my dog has been vomiting in the night for several days in the month. the days my dog vomits are not consecutive. what my dog vomits is basically grass and undigested food, and sometimes some hair. is it possible my dog might have some kind of problem??

Tiny could have biliary vomiting syndrome, which usually occurs when a dog goes too long between eating and can make them nauseous. This is usually the case when dogs vomit up bile, so not commonly undigested food and grass, as you described. You can try splitting Tiny's dinner into 2 meals, giving half at her regular dinner time and the second half right before she goes to bed to see if that helps. However, I would recommend if Tiny continues to vomit you take her in to your veterinarian for an exam. She may need x-rays to figure out why she is vomiting and medication to resolve the issue.
