My dog has a pus-filled lump on her back after shots. Should I worry?

My winnie dog has a knot on her back I thought was from her recent shots. Now I notice a lesion. It looks like a pus filled but nothing comes out. Should I be worried. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

Try not to worry, but I would make Buttecup an appointment at the vet. The lesion could be an infection and they can treat it, or if it is a lump they can test it to see what it is. If you want to wait a while you could try salt bathing it then if it's not improving attend the vet.
