My dog has lumps. Is it an allergic reaction to beef dog food?

Hey my dog has had these little lumps appear on her hear I'm thinking it's an allergic reaction as she is allergic to beef and I've accidentally brought the wrong biscuits I got beef instead of chicken :/ may that be the cause? There not irritating her in anyway, :). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 24 days old | 40 lbs

If you know she is beef allergic then yes it could certainly be the cause. If she is bright in herself and not sick I recommend monitoring her, the bumps should go awaay if it's allergy. If they don't start improving within 24 hours visit the vet in case it's something else.
