Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female

I have a cat that I let run freely outside and then she didn't come home for about a week and upon returning she was limping and her tail is limp it's been a couple days and her limp is just about gone but her tail is still limp since she's returned and I've noticed this (see attached) today, what can I do for her and is this something that just will heal naturally

Market's tail is very red and looks infected. I would visit her vet asap as she will at the least need medication. Whilst there the vet can examine her and try to determine why her tail is limp. It could be neurological or could be due to the pain of this wound.
