Why are my ferrets gasping? How do I introduce new ferrets safely?

I have 4 ferrets two 3 year olds and just got 2 10 week olds and all of my ferrets make a gasping sound and two of the bite me the 3 year old and one of the kits. I got them all from a good rescue but I don't know why they gasp. Also is it going to be possible to get them to get on with each other with slow introductions. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | spayed | 2 years and 5 months old

They are very cute. It is possible the gasping noise is them communicating and playing with each other. As long as they are eating and drinking I would not be concerned with the noise. It is possible for them to all get along. It can be a longer process. I would slowly introduce them to each other and allow them to play as they would like.
