Why is my dog aggressive only to me after her recent spay surgery?

So I am an owner of a Belgian malinois mix that I adopted last month and she has settled in well but a few days ago she got spayed and now she is only really aggressive towards me her owner I am not sure what the problem is? Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 40 lbs

Arya has been through a lot this week so I would give her a little time as she will still be very sore and disorientated from the anaesthetic. She may need a stronger painkiller so you could ring your vet. If the aggression continues over another week, I would contact an animal behaviourist before it gets out of hand.
