My dog is red all over after vaccination. What should I do now?

My dog was vaccinated today and he is red all over is this normal

No. This isn't normal. I would recommend taking his temp rectally to verify he doesn't have a fever. Then, I would give him a 1/2 of a children's benadryl ( so 6.25 MG total ). If it gets worse, or if hives, vomiting, trouble breathing occur, you would need to take him in right away.
