Is it ok that my bunny tends to throw things at me by pocking it up in his mouth and tossing it. He does it with food, toys, his harness, and even his food and water bowl. How can I stop this from happening because I have to refill his food and water every couple of hours

Hello, male rabbits can sometimes show dominance by this sort of behaviour. They often run in circles, grunt and like you say chuck things about. It is okay in itself and quite normal, but a pain for you. The simplest solution would be to invest in ceramic dishes that are too heavy for him to tip. You could consider having him castrated to curb the hormone linked behaviour.
