my 4 year old male pit bull has what looks a quarter sized enlarged area on his outer front ear lobe. It appeared infected and I popped it, letting loose a lot of puss, followed by blood. Everyday since then it has swollen back up, bursts, releasing some puss followed by clear fluid and then blood. How should I treat it?

It certainly sounds like this enlarged area on Bentley is infection, and I would be concerned that he has an abscess. I do not recommend popping it again yourself, as that introduces more infection into the area. He needs to see a vet for this, as he needs the area drained and cleaned sterilely, and he will need antibiotics to treat the infection. Please bring him into a vet tomorrow.
