Why is my quiet cat suddenly meowing constantly and acting disturbed?

Just on a random day, snowy became very loud and vocalising, and since then she has never been the same. I understand that persian cats are lazy and quite but snowy doesnt lean towards any of them sides. She stays disturbed all the time that she's awake. She was so serene back then but now she meows with thrice the force right next to my face. What do I do? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 11 months old | 10.8 lbs

The change in Snowy's behavior could be related to hormones since she is not spayed. That would be my first guess. She could also have issues with her retina causing vision troubles as well as potentially neurologic disease. If Snowy has not been examined by your veterinarian already that would be the next step for her.
