My dog threw up after birth & has full, unused teats. What to do?

My chihuahua min pin gave birth on thursday. She threw up last night. She has been eating and drinking. The pups are doing good. But the will not use the last two teats so the look big

Sometimes they can get nauseous after having puppies. You can try some plain chicken and rice to help settle her stomach. You also can try to hand express the last two teats so they don't get too full and infected. If they are red, hot, and/or painful she will likely need an exam and some antibiotics prescribe by your vet for mastitis (infection in the mammary tissue). Make sure she continues to eat and drink and also ensure all the puppies are nursing. I hope this helps.
