My chihuahua's hot spot looks worse after vet care, what to do?

Hi I have a older chihuahua girl that was taken to the vet 3 days ago and treated for hot spot but it's not improving and looks worse

That looks very painful. I would be concerned about a possible insect bite causing that. It looks a little bit swollen for just a normal hotspot. I recommend Shiba be rechecked as soon as possible to ensure is nothing more serious. This is because some bites can cause tissue sloughing and the necrosis as well as issues like bleeding.
