Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered

Can a dog have a seizure from a bone getting stuck when it was vomiting the bone up? Bloods are normal X-ray of stomach was normal. Prescribed diazepam. The vet said it could be epilepsy but I've watched videos of epileptic seizures online and his was completely different he vommited then fitted and foamed at mouth like hard to breath then he turned aggressive then he fitted more and slowly came back but then he turned crazy like running around in exitment not sitting still.

Aggression, altered behavior and disorientation are all common signs of seizure recovery. Not all seizures are epilepsy however and continued monitoring for future seizure events is recommended in order to determine any pattern and triggers, it is possible he may never again have another fit
