How to stop my dog from attacking other dogs, especially at mealtime?

hi i have a sharpei x staffy who always attacks my other two dogs and cannot eat with them because she attacks them then aswell. we've tried teaching her not to but she doesnt listen. My parents are thinking of giving her away as they cant handle her anymore but i dont want to. Is there anything i can do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed
