My puppy was attacked, wheezing, coughing blood, no vet funds. What to do?

My dog was attacked by a bigger dog I have a blue nose pit bull puppy it was snatched up by an English bull terrier the terrier had it by the throat I quickly reacted and removed the puppy from its jaws the puppy's skin isn't broken however he is wheezing and possibly coughing up blood I tried to take him to the emergency clinic but they refused service due to me not having the funds to pay the consultation so now I'm sitting at my house with my puppy what do I do?? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 2 days old | 25 lbs

You should try to contact the human society or any other dog charity in your area of living, Archer needs to see a vet ASAP and they should be able to arrange that, your puppy might have an internal injury in his windpipe that must be treated urgently.
