Why is my 4-month puppy sick: crying, tired, diarrhea, eating plants?

Hey there My dog is 4 months and today hez been making crying noises and been really lazy to play and looks tired. We gav him his dog biscuits and pedegree food plus hez been having runny poo for a week now and i notice hez been eating the plants.. I dont know what to do.. Could he have worms from eating the plants or is it something else. Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Male | 4 months and 4 days old

A week long history of diarrhea, weakness and vocalizations in a young puppy are very concerning and i strongly recommend urgent veterinary assessment. Take pictures or samples of the plants in case they may be toxic
