My puppy and older dog both have kennel cough. Can I bring them back?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 8 years and 2 months old | 70 lbs

My older dog has kennel cough and we have a 14 week old puppy. We were told to separate t them and the puppy has moved out to another house she has know got a cough can we bring the puppy back to our home as they both have it.

Yes you can! But I would recommend to have them both treated for the respiratory infection as they can pass it back and forth and it can become very frustrating. The puppy might need a different size antibiotic since it is much smaller. Make sure both dogs continue to eat and drink regularly. Upper respiratory can occasionally progress to pneumonia especially in young, elderly, and immunocompromised dogs but they will usually show symptoms of not wanting to eat and being lethargic. I hope they both start to feel better.
