My dog has been vomiting for a week and is now very lethargic. What's wrong?

My dog has been vomiting every day for a week and now he's laying on the floor very lethargic.. please help me figure it out..

It sounds like Remy is pretty sick. He could have something in his intestines, inflammation of his pancreas, gallbladder issues or even an infection. Remy needs to be examined by a veterinarian and likely more tests be done to figure out exactly what is going on. He may need blood tests, xrays or both. Depending on what your veterinarian finds Remy may need fluids, medications or even surgery.

It sounds as Remy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
