My dog has been vomiting every day for a week and now he's laying on the floor very lethargic.. please help me figure it out.. Pet's info: Dog | Saint Bernard | Male | unneutered | 50 lbs

It sounds like Remy is pretty sick. He could have something in his intestines, inflammation of his pancreas, gallbladder issues or even an infection. Remy needs to be examined by a veterinarian and likely more tests be done to figure out exactly what is going on. He may need blood tests, xrays or both. Depending on what your veterinarian finds Remy may need fluids, medications or even surgery.
