My cat has breathing problems after dehydration. What should I do?

Hello,my cat has breathing problems after recovered from dehydration,he is getting tired after few minutes walking(especially in warm weather),he's breathing heavily and fast and his heartbeat is fast almost constantly, what can I give him to bring back his normal breathing,any antibiotic or is there any herb or something aromatic to breathe for inhalation,what can recover the normal function of his lungs?Thank you.

Poor Meicho! It sounds like he is having significant difficulty breathing and there is likely a serious underlying health problem. I would recommend that he is seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible as respiratory problems can get much worse very quickly. There is nothing that you can give at home that might help. Please seek a veterinarian as soon as possible as there could be a problem with Meicho's heart, lungs or circulatory system.
