My dog was bitten and has swelling, hives, vomiting, and a fever. What bit her?

My dog got bit by something in her nose area and now she's swelling up and has hives all over .she keeps throwing up and has fever what bit her ??

Poor Mercy! It's hard to say for sure what may have bitten her - wasp or bee stings, spider bites, and even snake bites can all cause reactions like this. If she is vomiting, has hives, and her face is swelling, these are signs of a serious allergic reaction that needs immediate veterinary care. I would recommend taking Mercy to the vet right away for an exam and treatment.
