My dog has blood in his pee and is shaking in pain. What's wrong?

My dog has little blood clots in his pee for the past two days. Every now and then he'll shake and scream in pain i thought maybe his tummy hurt but now im very concerned please help. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered

As your dog in not neutered, it's very likely to be a prostate disease, either an inflammation or cancer. you need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get his prostate checked, if it's not cancer he will need to get neutered quite urgently.
