What are these pink sticky bumps on my dog's nose? Should I see a vet?

My dog has 3 pink sticky bumps on her nose. What could it be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 120 lbs

That are certainly weird looking! Depending on when those lesions started and if they seem to be itchy, my presumptive diagnosis might differ considerably. It is possible that Cami might have been sticking in muzzle in an area that she shouldn't have been, resulting in some sort of irritation, and the lesions you currently see. They do definitely appear to be red, inflamed, and possibly infected based on the picture. Another possibility is that there is an immune-mediated condition that could be the cause of this. There is a disease known as Pemphigus that is known to cause skin lesions near the nose. I would definitely take Cami into the vet to have these areas assessed, and have some preliminary diagnostics run on the affected portions of the skin. Hope this helps!
