If your cat jumped from a very high spot and landed poorly/on her head and sustained head trauma seizures could be possible. If your cat just jumped normally without a traumatic fall then that is unlikely. With any seizures it is recommended that your cat has an exam by a veterinarian ASAP, to have a neurological exam and bloodwork to try to help determine the cause of the seizures.
