Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 9 years and 6 months old | 3.6 lbs
Follow up to previous question: vet said she didn't see anything remarkable on Bella's X-ray that would stop her from getting dental procedure. I asked about organs and how they looked and she said her lungs are "old dog lungs" and that it just meant they weren't as clear as a young dog. Is this common for a 9 year old yorkie? should I be concerned about this? is it something from her trachea?

In some dogs as they age, there can be some mineralization/calcification of the airways/bronchi in the lungs that can be normal. This is likely what your vet is describing. If your dog doesn't have respiratory signs (cough/wheeze/trouble breathing) then they can be normal age related changes.
