My puppy has diarrhea, won't eat, and seems sick. When to see vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 28 days old | 25 lbs

My dog has diarrhea and won't eat in the morning but will at night. It seems sometimes like he wants to throw up but he won't let himself do it so he just drinks some water and that's it. This is been going for 3 days and I don't know if I should take him to the vet

If Bruno has had diarrhea and decrease appetite for 3 days I would recommend a visit to the vet. A young pup may have parasites, viral disease or a foreign body that can cause diarrhea. But at his age he can become debilitated quickly when sick so a vet visit at this point is probably a good idea. I hope he recovers quickly.

    I would be concerned that there may be something obstructing the gut if Simba hasnt eaten for 3 days and is being sick. It could simply be a nasty tummy bug, but either way you should get him to a vet asap for an examination in case there is something serious going on and fir some treatment in any case.
