About 3 hours ago, My kitten fell off a chair that is bar stool height and I believe she lost conscience. She did bleed from her nose a little but it has stopped. She is still very disoriented and is shaking. I cannot get to a vet as I totalled my car. I cannot loose my kitten

There are no home remedies safe for use in a young kitten. Keep her warm and well rested, any sign of twitching or seizure activity, lethargy or vomiting will require veterinary assessment and treatment

There is nothing OTC that you can give him. Keep him confined and away from stairs or off furniture/bedding (to prevent falls) until the seizure has passed. Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian or a veterinary neurologist for treatment.
