I am sorry to hear about Fefe. Based on your description she needs urgent veterinary care. If her tongue appears white in color she could be severely anemic, which could contribute to why she seems weak and dizzy. If she isn't eating then this could be why she is not pooping (nothing to poop!) and if she isn't urinating she is either extremely dehydrated or has a urinary blockage. There are many possibly causes for her symptoms including anemia related to immune disease, bleeding tumors, systemic illness like kidney disease leading to anemia, and more. She needs a veterinary exam, bloodwork, and possibly x-rays to determine what is causing her issue and if she can be treated.
