Dog paw swollen with white discharge, no pain. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered

My lab 5 yr male has a swelling in his right paw where the inside of 1st finger and palm meet. When press a white color substance comes out.no bleeding. And he walks normally and doesn't seem in any pain. What should I do?

It looks like he could have an infection. You could soak his paw in a warm dilute Epsom salt solution and see if that helps. Otherwise, have him examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. He may need an antibiotic to treat infection.
