Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 20.6 lbs
I took my 20lb dog to vet for acute gastritis and she got an antiemetic injection and some pills po. The shots worn off and I can tell she's thirsty but every time she drinks she vomits. I tried giving her the antiemetic pills and they came up to. I've been up with her all night. She can't seem to get comfortable. No fever, gums look good and pink. Am I worrying to much about her and just need to let her ride the gastritis out?

No, you aren't worrying too much about Piper, and it is very concerning that she can't even keep down water. Due to that and the fact that she can't even keep down the antiemetic pills, she should see a vet immediately. She likely needs another shot to stop the vomiting and IV fluids for hydration. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
