My dog is vomiting and not eating. What's wrong with her stomach?

Hi, just want to ask for your opinion regarding Gretta's xray here. Do you think there is an obstruction in her intestines? It is clear that she has a stone in her bladder but she's been vomiting what she eats and she doesn't have appetite now.. we cannot confirm it because there's no ultrasound available here in our city and explore lap surgery is not available also.. do you think there's something in the middle of her stomach? It seems there is something in the stomach indeed but it is not likely to cause an obstruction, it could be the cause of the symptoms though but an ultrasound is indeed necessary to confirm it. another option is to repeat the xray with contrast media in order to get a better idea regarding what could be in the stomach.
