My one year old Netherland dwarf rabbit is missing hair under her eye, she has some discharge with it. It doesn't seem to really bother her. But it has gotten worse and bigger the past couple of days.

I am sorry to hear about your cute bunny! I would recommend a visit to a veterinarian for this issue. Most often hair loss in this area is a result of discharge from the eye accumulating on the fur. This discharge can be due to a blocked nasolacrimal (tear) duct so that the tears don't drain normally from the eye and instead spill out over the lower lid onto the fur. Other possibilities might be an injury to the eye causing tears or an eye infection. The vet will need to examine the eye and may put a special stain into it to check for ulcers/scratches and to see if the tear duct is functional, and determine treatment based on this. Until then, try to clean the fur/wipe the tears several times a day to prevent accumulation.
