My old chihuahua is circling and moving his head. What's wrong?

My chihuahua has been sitting all day and moving his head from side to side and every so often he will go around in circles like hes lost.what could be wrong with him. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 14 years and 1 month old | 7 lbs

Poor Gizmo. He could have an ear infection, vestibular disease, or possibly a tumor. He should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. He may need an antibiotic or other medications to help. Hope he feels better soon!
