Why is my senior Dachshund throwing up clear vomit and not eating?

My 13 year old Dauschund has been throwing up a clear slimy vomit for the last day or so. lots of times. Any ideas what is causing it? Today she will not eat or drink that I can tell. I put o her on the deck (locked gate) for the night. she is resting comfortably but I am concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 12 years and 11 months old | 17 lbs

Hi I'm sorry to hear that Sabo is unwell. There are many many potential causes for her to vomit frequently. With her age, I am concerned about kidney or liver issues. But also pancreatitis is common in her breed. Take her to your vet first thing tomorrow. They will run blood tests to check her internal organs.
