Can I get Obama care for my cat? He is named Obama if that matters.

Unfortunately, Obama care is just for humans. However, there are several pet insurance companies out there that can provide pet health insurance for your cat. They often help reimburse or cover costs of preventive care such as vaccines and routine exams, and can help decrease the cost of care in an emergency or severe illness.
