My dog has recently had an unkown lump taken out of his leg about three weeks ago, it has heeled very well but today i noticed that about half way along the scar there is a white lump, it looks like it has some sort of yellow/ white fluid inside with a thin layer of skin keeping it there, it doesnt seem to be bothering him but it doesnt look right? Do you have any ideas of what this is? And there is still some sort of blue/ purple stitch there too, he does lick his leg sometimes

It looks like a small pustule. He may need an antibiotic to treat so you should call your vet and have him rechecked. If the suture underneath is poking through then your vet might be able to trim the suture so it doesn't bother him. It should eventually be absorbed. The incision appears to have healed well.
