My female English springer spaniel has a lump that is white and blue on her milk sac. I was wondering if you could tell me what it is. She is 10 years old and she has had puppies

This mass could indicate anything from a cyst, an infected gland, to even mammary cancer. I would be concerned about cancer given her age and that she is not spayed. I recommend your veterinarian take a look at Penny and discuss if this mass needs to be biopsied, monitored or even removed.
